Person-centred coaching with a whole person approach

Thursday's Child coaching and consulting approach

My Coaching Approach

I have a person-centred approach, working to build strong, trusting coaching relationships, which allow my clients to feel safe.

I am influenced by, and interested in, developments in neuroscience and how the research in this space supports the ‘whole person’ approach I take.

My coaching approach is to tap into who you are and the answers you hold, through the experiences you have had, your current reality and the vision you have for your future. For example, I can help you to become more self-aware, understand your challenges and how to leverage your strengths to overcome them.  I will both support and challenge you during the process but will help you to define your own aspirations and help you make a positive leap forward in your career and life in general.

My Consulting Approach

The ‘whole person’ method influences my approach to organisations.

To help you achieve sustainable change, I will take the time to understand the systemic needs of your business and provide measurable, bespoke solutions.

To me, the most important measure of success is that you feel safe and trust that I am a supportive, maybe challenging, figure but that I always act in your best interests.

To this end, I will spend time working with, and getting to know, you and your business to determine how situations occur in the first place; the reactions to these and where the issues lie in order to help you to overcome workplace challenges.
